The building is pretty cool place with high stone walls, high ceilings, and a lot of natural light creeping in through the generous number of windows, Visiting The Kigali Public Library can be very interesting as you can pop up to the roof where you can have a taste of Rwandan coffee. This place host many creative events such as watching movies, membership to the Kigali Library can use their laptops to access free Internet. Another interesting thing about The Kigali Public Library is a vey sight, tucked away behind the US Embassy in Rwanda with a great view of the post-looking construction on the hill opposite.
